We’ve loved every minute of our journey

An Idea Is Born

Cimarron Fields began with the idea to expand our farming operation and share our love of the land with others. We were looking for a way to bring family and friends together and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the farm. So when a friend asked if they could get married on our farm, it was the perfect answer and addition to our farm we were looking for.

With my husband and I having backgrounds in agriculture and administration, we had planned and organized hundreds of different events and banquets and knew this was a strength of ours and so building a wedding barn on our farm was the perfect marriage. Thus, Cimarron Fields was born. We love having couples come to our farm and celebrate one of their most special days with family and friends. And as a result, our dream of sharing our farm and love of the land has become a dream realized.

Barn

Cimarron Fields Wedding and Event Barn is a custom-built barn with all the amenities. Custom woodwork throughout the entire barn, sliding barn doors, stained concrete floors, a spacious hall, full-scale kitchen, restrooms/dressing rooms, central heat and air, large covered porch, chandeliers, burlap curtains and twinkle lights set the stage for the most elegant or rustic backdrop that your wedding/event theme requires.

Catering

Cimarron Fields Wedding and Event Barn has a full-scale kitchen to cater your needs for your special event. We have several menus and options for you to choose from. Buffets to Chuck Wagon Dinners, we can customized to your needs. We also do specialty bars (Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Chocolate Fountains, Ice Cream, Candy, Cookies, Smores, Sno-Cones). We are also licensed to serve beer and wine for your special event. We use the freshest ingredients and serve it in style!

Events

Cimarron Fields hosts more than weddings. Our facility and grounds are also the perfect venue for holiday and birthday parties, retirement parties, family reunions, retreats, meetings, conferences, dinners, dances, banquets, picnics, wine tastings, arts and crafts/antique shows, hobby gatherings etc. We can customize your event and provide boxed lunches, dinners, buffets, snacks, drinks, outside seating or picnic tables, yard games, fishing pond, areas to ride bikes or rocking chairs to just sit and visit on the covered porch. Contracts

Cimarron Fields Wedding and Event Barn does require a signed contract for the venue rental and a separate contract for catering services. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment plans can be arranged.
